I recalled it today when I read Governator Schwarzenegger has–in an ironic twist– announced today he will buck convention, and decline an invitation to speak at the 47th Annual Capitol Prayer Breakfast in Sacramento, and instead attend an “environmentally-themed” conference with the McCain machine in Santa Barbara.
