The following North Patrol calls were observed Saturday and Sunday night by a vigilant (bored? 
) Joe Sacramento reader. Before I type another word, I have to say that while criminal activity can be heavy on the North Sacramento beat at times, I am extremely impressed by the work our police department is doing.
