I used to oppose Johnson’s strong arm mayor initiative. But then two things became clear to me : 1) The lion’s share of the people opposing Johnson’s efforts hate him so much he could never do right by them anyway; 2) Johnson is only 1/8th of the problem.

With Mayor J’s new strong mayor push comes a brand spankin’ new propaganda website poised and ready to solicit your time, money or both. There’s a new strong mayor storefront in town and its name is “Open Sacramento.” They describe themselves as “A coalition for accountable, efficient, and transparent government.”
