Is it just me, or is quality control increasingly becoming a thing of the past in America? The image here is one I took of a pizza a friend of mine ordered from Round Table this past weekend. The left side of the pie is SUPPOSED TO BE a combination; the right a pepperoni and sausage. Heh. As you can see, whomever assembled this pie was not in a giving mood that day. I have seen this type of “topping-skimping” consistently from Round Table. My friend sent them a formal complaint accompanied by this image, so I’ll let you know how they respond.
McDonald’s is no better. McDonald’s Big Macs have been reduced to the size of a double cheeseburger now, and I have to eat about three to get full.
Grrrrrrrrrr.
Suggestion: ALWAYS report topping skimpers to corporate- headquarters.
Ok that’s my Monday rant. Have a great week.

Completely agree! The ads for those pizzas are so deceiving. The only pizza place that so far hasnt skimped? Giovanni’s… try the bronx bomber if you haven’t already. So many toppings you need your knife and fork to eat that bad boy.
Round Table in Natomas SUCKS… overpriced crap…
When you do find a good Round Table… nothing beats their pizza… the King Aurthur’s Supreme is SOOOOOO yummie if it’s made right….
But for some reason…Sacramento cant make a good pizza…
Anyone know of good pizza in Natomas…and i don’t mean mediocre…but GOOD pizza???
COmmunity Dis– I agree that when made right the Supreme is awesome. But I totally agree with Joe here too and my experience with Round Table in Natomas is exactly the same: crap. They have young people working in there who simply don’t think about how *they* would want *their* pizza if *they* were paying $30 for it. I am also certain Round Table will not approve of the pizza Joe’s buddy sent to them. Be interesting to see what happens. We should all email them. Joe that pizza sooooooo sucks!! I would have called them immediately and made them come pick it up. That is totally unacceptable. What a joke!

I like Giovanni’s over off of Del Paso by the UPS store and Hollywood video.
All kinds of retailers have been adjusting the size of their portions but not the size of their prices. Just look at the shelves in the grocery store…
Joe-I think you’ll find Roma’s Pizzeria II on Folsom Blvd to your liking! Between Howe and Watt on the North side of the Blvd…just a little east of the College Green Light Rail Station. Long ago, We found out about it due to an interview of local local chefs. They were asked where their favorie Pizza was….long before the thin crust explosion of now. This and Luiggi’s on Stockton. To be really honest my favorite…rest its soul… was Churchill’s Pepperoni with whole wheat crust!
Pardon the typo’s..
