Can I get an amen!? Town hall party in Cesar Chavez park!
I am so excited about what has happened in Sacramento and across America today!
Count me amongst the masses who welcome major change to both city and country.
We’ve got the same problem at the local and national level: Screwed up priorities!
Locally, a small delegate of niche activists posing as community leaders have commandeered our city hall and treated it as a personal platform to launch their ‘magazine-worthy’ pursuits at the expense of public safety, education, and a litany of other critical issues (which has led to state high crime and a staggering budget deficit).
Nationally, we are at war, our economy is in the tank, and from California to Washington DC Americans have allowed special interest groups and lobbyists to shift our focus away from the most important things to the future of our Democracy.
What game have these well-intentioned-but-dangerously-aimless folks been watching?! Why are we overseas fighting a war, we’ve got one on our own streets! We don’t have to fly our troops to Iraq to fight terrorists, they can stay home and fight our criminal element right in our streets!
It’s high time everyone wake up and realize America is slowly being overrun by thugs, drug lords, rapists, robbers, murderers, child molesters, stalkers, street racers, road ragers, embezzlers, white collar criminals, and every other menace to society in God’s earth. Seen America’s Most Wanted lately? We are talking extreme decadence.
What is one of the main causes of our society’s ills? What has led to this violent, mean-spirited, selfish culture where misogynistic rappers get more respect than teachers and police officers? I have a theory. It’s an oldie but a goodie: Poor parenting, and the absence of great role models.
But today I am not as down about it as I was yesterday. Because we now have what I believe will be excellent role models for both young ladies and young men across America in Michelle and Barack Obama. In my opinion they EMBODY what it means for parents (together or apart, gay or straight), to work cooperatively, live honestly, seek education and enlightenment, and raise their kids responsibly to be productive, community and country-loving citizens.
I also join Barack (and fatherhood.gov–see new banner image above) in his call for responsible fatherhood. I talk to kids all the time who are in trouble, or trying to get out of it, and in general their story is always the same: No parental guidance, no solid role models. In the absence of responsible, inspirational, firm, caring, loving, disciplined guardians, we know kids find their idols in gangs, drugs, guns and ultimately dark and deviant lifestyles that lead them right into our neighborhoods with a weapon in hand, looking for a some innocent person to point it at. Believe that.
It is UNCONSCIONABLE that our local “leaders” can not connect the dots and grasp those simple concepts. It is preposterous that we must show up to city council meetings to remind them how important youth development and public safety are to the vitality of the community. It is INSANE that more people show up to play structure meetings to get funding than they do to meetings where police are proposing budget cuts that will increase 911 response times!
But fear not, because change is in the air right here in Sacramento! Help is on the way. There IS hope today. And I am elated beyond words that right now as the poll numbers reflect, Sacramentans have voted for a mayor who I believe will put youth development and education and public safety at the very top of our priority list where it should be.
I am more excited about my city and my country than I have been in a long time, and I’d be remiss if I did not thank Barack Obama for the inspiration. Barack’s incredible “audacity” has inspired me greatly from day one, and tonight was every bit as powerful to me as his DNC speech several years ago. YES WE CAN. Amen.
The Audacity of Joe would not be possible without all the support. I must thank Jim Knapp and John Dahilig (and Matt!) specifically for their support. They didn’t just tell me how to stand up to for what I believed in, they SHOWED me. There are so many other people to thank for the motivation to keep plugging away. You know who you are. Thank you.
We made a difference in this local election. 150,000+ unique hits in 6 months doesn’t lie. We had more hits than there were votes for mayor.
Let’s keep making in difference.
Joe

Joe-
I’m SO HAPPY! Tonight is an historic night for so many reasons. I had a sinking pit in my stomach as polls closed at 3pm. What if… how could this go wrong. And it is now a beautiful thing. Change will come on so many levels. We just have to stay on Johnson, stay on our leaders and make sure they follow through. We have to keep writing, keep analyzing and not just let it go. On to recall Ray the next time we’re already printing a ballot… the county can’t afford a special election.
My only disappointment tonight… chickens now have more rights in California than gay people. What were we thinking?
Rock on! Now we can start working on getting rid of Tretheway.
Can District 1 afford two more years of Tretheway? I say no way. I say we launch a recall effort. We need to build a coalition. I have been contacted by people and organizations that will support us.
Fargo is such a #$@, she just had to mention that she is still the mayor in her “concession” speech. Whatever. Go away, and good luck!
The funny part about the election is that even in Fargo’s own neighborhood, she only got 30% of the vote. I think that KJ has his plate full from the start. The city council is a mess, the budget is a mess, what a great time. I certainly wouldn’t want that job. At least, and I hope, that with KJ being mayor, my job might just be a bit more safe than with Fargo at the helm. Time will tell….
Sac Blog, I agree we need to hold KJ accountable. We have a long road ahead.
Joe I live downtown off K Street. I have been a lurker throughout the election. I need to take a few moments out to share something
I have visited this site every day since it was mentioned in the Bee back in May. I have read your words and considered your angles. i have laughed at your cartoons and images and scowled with you about the insanity going on in our country and city. I have also watched the candidates closely and i did not miss a single debate.
Now the elections are over and the votes are counted. I think it is safe to say that no matter what anyone says or does not say myself and several other people I have talked to feel this web site played a role in our local election.
My hubby and I voted for Fargo in the primary. We ended up voting for Johnson in the final.Had we not found this site and got the great contrast it offered I am almost certain we would have voted for Fargo in the final too.
I can not speak for other readers, but your ‘controlled-burn’ ranting (a great description by someone I talked to tonight) caused us to think very differently about our city government and what we should expect of it.
I really hope you keep blogging. Your web site is the perfect antidote for status quo in Sacramento and even if we don’t always agree on everything we really appreciate your passion about improving our city.
Big Joe fans,
~ROChelle & Keith~
Rochelle, thank you. I love “controlled burn” I might just use that.
I agree the site made a difference. Although– the reader comments are often far better than the articles, so I have to give the readers credit for keeping me on my toes!
I also have to give credit to the other writers. I am not the only one who has written articles on this site.
I think Sac made the right choice and I look forward to playing a role in our growth. Johnson can count on me to be impartial and honest in my assessment of his and the city’s performance.
I also have been working on some stuff behind the scenes with others and i look forward to sharing in the near future.
Thanks again
congratulations!
One down and many more to go, for the bureaucrats and apparatchiks in Sacramento are buried deep in the system and will scream and holler about doing the “people’s business” while you tear them from the fabric of the society…Ding Dong Fong, the incompetent Kerridge, the out and out Corrupt Dangberg and all their cohorts will not go easily, and they are supported by a legion of inept and corrupt followers in the private sector who feed at the County, City and State dole…
How long did it take, and what price did Terri Hardy pay for reporting the crooked Natomas/Elk Grove School District Head of Buildings, and now FELON, deals with his own subsidiaries and with the crooked Democratic goon Tsakopolous?
How long did it take to get rid of that miserable incompetent and most probably CROOKED Librarian? How much has been spent on the Magoof Arena Fiasco, how much for crooked highrise developers Sacca and Nassi, how much for all sorts of fancy and expensive dining facilities on K and 16th street while basic city services rot?
One down, many more to go…
Joe,
While I’m ready to recall Tretheway as much as the next guy, I’m a little concerned about the cost in the short run. The county is very financially strapped as it is. Putting together a special recall for Natomas would be insanely expensive. I’d like to see us wait until the next planned election (March I believe?) before we push for anything on the ballot.
I know… keeping him is expensive too. But I think we can give Johnson a chance to make him cooperate in the short run!
Hey Joe,
I too am feeling much more hopeful about our future, both the country and our city. I hope this movement translates into more people in Natomas getting involved about OUR future for our community.
Case in point, I’ve seen and read many rants about the low income housing projects going up, and yet at last weekend’s meeting to fully inform community members, there was only 16 people present. That’s abysmal turnout for such an important topic that affects everyone in our community, from the school system to the neighborhoods impacted by these 80-100% low income project complexes. Thankfully, those of us who did attend made very well thought out points about what is wrong with their plan for Natomas. Unfortunately, if more citizens of this community do not show up and object at the next meeting in December, we will not be heard and we will have more Atrium Courts, Terracina Gold, etc etc. All of us there were not against inclusionary (there’s an ironic word) housing, we are against the population of these high density projects being 80-100% low income. If the only way in this current economic climate is to accommodate low income with apartment rentals, then they need to make sure all income levels are represented in these complexes, with no more than 20% low income. If 80% of the renters are paying market rate rents, you can bet the property managers will do their darndest to make sure proper tenant screening and evictions of troublesome tenants is their priority.
Another interesting observation from that meeting was that participation from the community was entirely made up of residents who were against their current low income project plans. Not one person was there to present their side of how they perceive the need for these megaplexes or why they benefit from it. I hope that was noticed by Councilmember Tretheway and the SHRA presenters.
I hope Kevin Johnson reads your blog, as North Natomas and your website are main contributors to his successful campaign. He did show up at the housing meeting for maybe, maybe, five minutes. He left well before the community present was allowed to ask questions and present their objections so I am afraid he didn’t fully appreciate how ticked off we really are. We all need to do our part, show up at city council meetings; show up at important community awareness meetings such as ones put on by SHRA, the changes to NNFP, flood control, etc, so I hope this new path forward for our country helps generate some more community activism.
PS - I also agree putting together a recall is a waste of precious resources. Ray might not be what we need right now, but let’s give Kevin a chance to mend some behaviors. With proper leadership, Ray might turn himself around, I mean seriously, Fargo’s leadership did not inspire anyone on the city council to do the right thing the right way.
All of the recall talk is disturbing, you can disagree with Ray T’s policies, but he has not misused or abused his office or molested some page, which recalls are normally for. You may think he has, but legally and morally he has not. Let him serve out his term and then support a candidate in the next election you think would do a better job. Thousands of people have voted for him and expect him to complete the term. The recall should be used sparingly and in extreme cases only, not because the city fireman are unhappy. For all the complaining of lack of fire and police on these pages, a recall cost would be absurd and wasteful. If KJ is horrible in his first term and can’t balance the budget, or gives away millions in social programs, maybe we should start a recall??
FNP-
Recalls have also been used in ethics violations as well as unkept promises. How do you think we got our current governor? Davis wasn’t molesting small children, he was just full of himself and unwilling to compromise.
I do agree that a recall now would be wasteful. But that doesn’t mean it’s off the table because he’s not a felon.
Hi Becky thanks for your note. I think one of the main problems with getting people to come out to these meetings is the communication system. I get emails for all kinds of meetings every day, and there are not just notifications, there are also “oops I’m sorry I had the wrong time” messages and so forth and it gets confusing to be honest. I thought the INCLUSIONARY housing (it’s actually EXCLUSIONARY) was this coming weekend, not last. It turns out there is no meeting this weekend. But then next weekend there is another meeting and we will be out of town.
Why is is that the only way residents can be officially heard on these matters is to show up to these meetings? Why can’t we email ? Why can’t the city have a community forum board? It is 2008 and these goofs are still hjolding meetings in town square like it was the 1800’s.
Time to use technology to allow a more INCLUSIVE forum for residents to share their opinions. I am a North Natomas resident. Ray reads my web site. So does Heather. So does KJ. Here is my input for the 1000th time:
NO MORE INCLUSIONARY HOUSING FOR NORTH NATOMAS!!!!!!!!!!!! SPREAD IT AROUND SACRAMENTO AND MAKE THE OTHER NEIGHBORHOODS LIKE THE FABULOUS 40′S AND WESTLAKE HELP OUT AND SUPPORT THE CITY’S ALTRUISM TOO! 80-100% LOW INCOME RATIOS IS NOT INCLUSIONARY, IT IS EXCLUSIONARY AND IT IS NOT SAFE FOR THE RESIDENTS LIVING IN THE SUPERPLEXES OR THE RESIDENTS AND STUDENTS LIVING AND GOING TO SCHOOL NEAR IT.
PS: if we really want people to come out en masse and complain, we need to start telling them we are going to build a play structure. That will bring them out by thousamds
Fort Natomas, yes, you could start a recall against KJ if h does not meet your expectations. That is your prerogative as an American
Also, I wasn’t suggesting a special recall for Tretheway. I am fine with waiting until March. I agree with the strategy to see if Johnson can wake him up and make him understand what his real job is and WHO he is actually working for. Although Johnson never promised to be a miracle worker, and he would need to be to jar Ray out of the Fargonian trance he is in
Joe, thank you for your kind words, I agree Tretheway is one of the next targets who need to be RIF’ed… I hope citizens in other districts can become as active as those in District 1.
Fong, McCarty Pannell and Hammond are all Fargonian Droids and will either get in line very quickly, or fight Kevin behind the scenes. Those of us who have supported Kevin, support his vision for our City, and who helped put him in office, need to keep an eye on them all; while working behind the scenes to find qualified people to run against them in 2010, or whenever they are up for election again.
I am doing some research today…there will need to be some meetings in the next week or so regarding the Tretheway recall effort… we need to test the waters for support and contributions…everyone I’ve spoken to on the Inside would support a recall effort.
I would like the recall effort team to hire some of the homeless to gather signatures…there are a few that I think would be presentable enough. I expect that a realistic price would need to be $5 a signature for a verified registered voter to make the incentive high enough to gather the signatures in the rather short allotted time frame. While there is no doubt in my mind that we would have broad community support to recall Ray, the recall effort would need to be a well orchestrated and well managed campaign, recalls are very difficult and take a lot of commitment, but not impossible by any means.
Joe, you made a huge difference in this campaign. You tackled issues that no one else would write about, and in a manner no one else COULD have written about. You are one of Sacramento’s favorite sons and this city is lucky to have such a talented and passionate community activist.
My last two cents: What do you think about getting together with KJ and Ray Kerridge in the next week, take over management of the city’s IT department, let’s bring transparency to the city’s business through the city website…
Ray Tretheway has abused his position of trust in the community. He has HUGE conflicts of interest that are still the subject of CRIMINAL allegations (Referred from the AG to the FPPC just last week)
Ray has supported the desires of developers and fattened his own wallet to the detriment of his district. His actions HAVE BEEN EXTREME and DO warrant a recall. And BTW it is not up to you to decide anyways, it is up to the citizens of his district, if they sign the petition and gather enough votes then there IS cause for a recall. That cause is that his community no longer wants him representing their needs.
If Ray continues to push the NNFP fiasco and de-funds long promised infrastructure…well let’s just say we will be saying “YES WE DID”
I am sick of all the fighting! Joe is right on the money when he says this community is divided because of Tretheway. Joe did you forward my comments to those people yet? If you won’t then give me their email addresses and I will! Every time I read the Natomas Buzz or get an email I am being told how my leadership team is doing this or that for the community. What leadership team? I did not elect a leadership team. Was there a ballot I missed? Who are these people and why are they calling themselves leaders? My leader is at city hall. His name is Ray Tretheway. If Mr. Tretheway does not want to lead this community and bring it together on common ground, then I want him out of office.
Hi Mrs. Heritage Park
I sent an email out to some folks with my thoughts on the matter. I encapsulated your thoughts as well by stating essentially the same thing you said in your comment above… that Ray’s job is to lead our community and represent us and bring the community together on the important issues with the same vigor and determination he exercised in getting the third Fort built.
No one responded to me.
Apparently I have been blacklisted. It seems to me their band is only recruiting flute players, not rock and roll drummers.
That’s cool with me. I will gladly stay outside the fold and continue to bang my drum out here where I can speak my mind freely without fear of being drowned out.
To reiterate, we are seeking ALL instrumentalists for the Better Natomas band. Even if we sound like the kids in School of Rock… we’re still rocking…
PS: Please join our Yahoo Group. It is growing in size every day:
Just send a blank email to: betternatomas-subscribe@yahoogroups.com
Jim, thanks. It sounds like the recall would be a drain on resources.
What do you think about waiting to see what kind of leadership Johnson brings to the mix? If he can get Mr. Tretheway refocused on what matters most to this community, I’d be pretty happy, wouldn’t you?
One thing is for sure, Ray has burned a lot of bridges and should be out here rebuilding them every chance he gets.
PS: no way am I a “favorite son” in Sac. That’s a distinction reserved for people who are out there breaking their back for the community every day. Julie Rhoten who heads the teen program for Stanford Settlement in Gardenland is such a person. But I appreciate the nod.
Hallelujah! You get a stinging big old high five for that paragraph!
Keep it comin!
Congrats KJ and way to go Sacramento!
Hey Joe!
we Missed you last night at KJ’s Party..
About this recall effort..I think it would be a good thing to put Mr Trethaway on notice that the people want him out of office. But we dont need to waste our our resources yet. Lets wait and see how KJ performs.
Besides that we need to hit the street again also we need to go to the next council meeting and take a stand and show the council that the people have had enough politics as usual…
John Dahilig 2010 District one!
John, thanks. Last night was a very momentous occasion in American history that I wanted to share with my family at home. I hope your evening was as wonderful as ours.
As for KJ, we are elated Sacramento is finally under the stewardship of someone who takes education and public safety as seriously as we do, but we are not going to be any less vigilant. KJ has a lot of work ahead of him, but I think Obama will serve as a sterling role model to hopefully keep him focused. He could not have become mayor at a better time. He sees a kinship between himself and Obama “Me and Obama ran our campaigns…” so I see that as a good thing.
I agree we should wait to see what kind of impact KJ will have on Tretheway. If Tretheway is willing to turn a new “leaf” (not that kind of leaf, Ray), then we are ready to get on his team and make things happen for the common good. But we want action. We want a uber focus on schools and public safety. We want to see him getting people focused on the right things and doing everything in his power to improve the quality of life in South and North Natomas.
I say we give him until about January to shape up
I will not be an appeaser to Tretheway…he is scamming the taxpayers ON TOP of being a horrible representative…
I want him out of office for the Sac Tree Foundation scam alone….
I don’t care if he turns over a new leaf… too little too late… of course he will try
Yeah congratulations JOE. You supported a goose egg for mayor. Congrats guy. You helped a criminal get elected to the highest office in Sacramento. You community leader you. I hope you and all KJ’s accomplices are happy. You should all be indicted for aiding and abetting a criminal.
Lying to taxpayers, deceiving hundreds of residents into buying overpriced flood-prone houses, scamming people into paying for police and fire they won’t receive… hmm… that is criminal!
Oh… wait. That’s Fargo. Glad I didn’t vote for a criminal!
Is Sacblog suggesting that the housing boom was due to Fargo and when prices of homes were high, everybody was happy. Then when the s### hit the fan one can blame someone else. Last time I checked FEMA changed the flood zone maps. The prices of homes went up in part because lenders let people have loans who didn’t deserve them, and many acquired homes with little or no investment, therefore allowing houses to artificially inflate. Please give intelligent analysis on when there was a problem when the police did not respond to an emergency call and someone suffered? The non stop chatter of no police and fire services is approaching hysteria and only demeans the public service officials who do respond to emergencies properly, and is not based on reality. $260 million of $400 is spent on fire-police in Sacramento, what should the percentage of the budget be for public safety?, my suggestion is to just raise taxes, as no one wants to cut spending. Everybody loves school bonds, have a police bond and just let our grandkids pay for it in 25 years.
FNP- I’m so puzzled by your response. Have you not been reading Joe’s factual details very long? Yes, FEMA changed the flood zone maps. Fargo argued to NOT have the building moratorium, despite knowing that the area was in a flood zone that was NOT protected like we were promised when we built our house. You are correct, some of the housing market went up because of lending practices. Some of it also went up because building was allowed very close to downtown in a convenient area with access to the airport. However beautiful the community plans were, they were based on lies, half-truths and a bunch of developer money flying around with no accountability. Does our shopping center look walkable to you? It should. I was promised mixed use areas “Just like downtown Portland!” Uh… yeah…
Do you not realize that people actually lost everything and firefighters were seriously injured because of a delayed response time? Nobody is saying that the police and fire don’t ever show up, but the amount of time it takes to drive because we don’t have a station (like I have in print in my North Natomas plan from when I bought my house in 1999) is atrocious.
Would you like an actual incident where police did not respond? I spent the entire first year we lived here calling in about street racing on Arena/North Market. I logged no less than 75 calls. the first 12 times I called, I was told that North Market was not in the City, to call the county. The county said it was in the city… Yeah, someone buy those dispatchers a map that is up to date please.
It literally took years and the tragic death of a mother before police were able to take this issue seriously. I DON’T blame the police, I blame the accountability of city leaders for setting priorities. Do we need to spend 600K on counting trees? How about losing water meters? Perhaps visiting foreign countries with taxpayer money was more important than enforcing the law. Wouldn’t a mandatory response time for police and fire be more beneficial to everyone?
Taxes… I’d be happy to pay more. Really. I currently pay more for private security every month. I’d rather pay for a police force that was able to effectively do it’s job. I’m looking forward to giving KJ a little more money and seeing a lot more productivity at the city level. I’m not only looking forward, I’m demanding it.
Sac Blog is 100% correct in her assessment. North Natomas homeowners were told Natomas was not in a flood zone. Why? Apparently because Fargo and the gang did not bother to have a full levee assessment done prior to opening up a farmland hole into which every developer john could ecstatically inject his cement. In addition we had no clue the city was planning on making 15% of the area low income housing—- double and triple what it is in other neighborhoods like Westlake, the Fabulous 40’s and so forth and so on. In addition we had no clue the city was not going to give our families a single thing to do besides a skateboard park and a frisbee golf game. Parks? What parks? we only have little play areas and dog pens. Give me a break. All the hype was false. We are nothing but an urban sprawl zone with little sense of synergy and whole lot of pigeons pooping on our roofs.
I don’t think anyone is arguing the validity of that claim. Kind of red herring.
Same ol’ “until it happens to me I don’t think there is a problem” reactive attitude to public safety that got Fargo fired. Keep it up. Keep feeding us. We’ll keep chomping. And the numbers you pose are misleading, There is a LOT of fat that needs to be cut because of a spend-happy city hall, and we can’t even begin to understand how those dollars are being spent (or could be spent better) until we get a mayor who is willing to have a transparent government and crack the books open for the public to see (in a form other than a tiny spreadsheet no one can even decipher). Oh wait, we now have such a mayor. Woo hoo.
Might be what has to happen.. but you just killed your whole argument because you admitted something needs to be done.
For those of you in the North,
There is a signed settlement agreement and a North Natomas Community Plan which shows many many blatant violations of the City’s Specific Plan (NNCP) and the settlement agreement signed by Tretheway.
So why don’t you all stop bitching and sue the city like Fargo and Tretheway did. I am seriously tired of listening to the whining if no one is willing to take any legal action to stop what they are doing. What the City ios doing is harming your property values and they are taking cash from your wallet and out of your investment accounts by fast tracking the transition of NN into a ghetto.. and believe me it will be..just as soon as the market returns… everyone will dump their homes and flee NN.
Copies of Fargo/Tretheway’s lawsuit (Via the NCA) is on my website under files & documents. Both of these rat bastards were VERY well informed of ALL of the flooding issues… that’s one of the reasons they sued to STOP DEVELOPMENT… but then they were bought off and they flipped… both then supported massive urban sprawl…and a lot of money flowed through Sac Tree Foundation… almost ALL of the developers in North Natomas sat on the Board of Directors of the Tree Foundation… BOTH Fargo and Tretheway were Executive Directors of the Tree foundation and got huge salaries, benefits and perks.
As an aside note the Tree Foundation gets 2.5 - 3 mil a year in our tax dollars to plant trees… but the homeless in sac don’t have fresh water sources or a place to go to the bathroom… this is only provided by churches…so the city believes that watering trees is more important than water for humans… figures… they haven’t devised a way of lining their pockets yet by watering humans… just trees.
I am JUST getting geared up on Tretheway he has yet to see maybe 5% of my wrath… he is a lying corrupt scumbag and he is next to go…hopefully long before the 2010 election if I have anything to do with it…
I offered to have one of my attorney’s get involved with the NNFP issue…for FREE… but due to certain North Natomas “Community Leaders” ( a female running for D1 council seat in 2010..that’s all I will say) well they blew me off because I lived in South Natomas…well fine… I may or may not still jump in because despite their North/South divisivness we are all in the same Council District and we all share the over passes and shopping centers…and I really really want to go after Ray for sporting purposes..but if I did, it would not be to help the North…
But seriously this is the last public suggestion I will make…form an alliance..call yourselves Homeowners of North Natomas or some similar name…no need to incorporate…you will have standing in court..and get 200-500 bucks from each homeowner and hire a CEQA-Governmental law expert to go after the City…( you could have had one for free.. and still may be able to…but you would have to know how to do that..and I’m not offering any more advice to the North after the attacks I have taken for being a Southerner) you will all get your money back when you win… and if your attorney has one brain cell.. you will win…I’ve read all the documents I need to read… keep your group SEPARATE from ALL of the Neighborhood Associations… way to much politics involved and way too many ego’s… seems like they all want to run for Rays seat and wont let anyone else to anything good for their district..after all someone besides them would get some credit…what a mess up there in the North…
If you don’t form an alliance…Ray will continue his push before KJ gets into office to refund between 100-200 million dollars in developer fees. ( don’t make me explain how I got these numbers.. they are correct) if this happens NONE of the promises made will be kept…
BTW…there is a provision on the ratio of parks completed to developments completed…there is mandatory minimums… that’s all I’m going to offer…on that…
I’m seriously tired of doing your work…
